கல்லூரி ஒழுங்கு முறைகள்
- மாணவ, மாணவிகள் கல்லூரி வளாகத்தினுள் அலைபேசி பயன்படுத்துவது முற்றிலும் தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. கைபேசி பயன்படுத்தினால் பறிமுதல் செய்யப்படும்.
- மாணவ, மாணவியர் கல்லூரிக்குள் நுழையும் ௮பாழுதும், வகுப்பறைகளிலும், கல்லூரி வளாகத்தினுள்ளும் கண்டிப்பாக தங்கள் அடையாள அட்டையை அணிந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
- கல்லூரிக் கட்டிடம் வகுப்பறைப் பொருட்கள் கல்லூரி வளாகத்திலுள்ள பொருட்கள் ஆகியவற்றிற்குச் சேதம் விளைவிக்காதிருத்தல் வேண்டும். சேதப்படுத்தும் எபாருட்களுக்குரிய மதிப்பீட்டத்ஃதாகை மாணவ மாணவியரிடமிருந்து அபராதமாக வசூலிக்கப்படும். கல்லூரி வளாகத்தைச் சுத்தமாக வைத்திருப்பதும் மாணவ மாணவியரது கடமையாகும்.
- ஒழுங்காக வகுப்புக்கு வராதிருத்தல் ஆசிரியருக்குக் கீழ்படியாதிருத்தல், கல்வி தொடர்பான செயல்பாடுகளில் கவனமின்மை கல்லூரி வளாகத்துள் ஒழுங்கீனம் பேச்சு மற்றும் ௨சயலில் ஆபாசத் தன்மைஆகிய 'நடவடிக்கைகளுக்குக் கடுமையான தண்டனை வழங்கப்படும்.
- கல்லூரி வளாகத்தில் கூட்டமாக தேவையற்ற முறையில் அங்குமிங்குமாகச் சென்று வருதல், வாசலின் முன்பும் கல்லூரி வளாகத்தில் பிற இடங்களிலும் கூட்டமாக நிற்றல் ஆகிய செயல்பாடுகளில் மாணவர்கள் ஈடூபடூதல் கூடாது.
- கல்லூரியில் அமைதியான சூழலை உருவாக்குதல் மாணவ மாணவியர் கடமையாகும். அமைதிக்குப் பங்கம் விளைவிக்கும் மாணவ, மாணவியர் 'தண்டனைக்குள்ளாக நேரிடும்.
- கல்லூரி வளாகத்தில் புகைப்பிடிப்பதும், போதைப்பாருள் பயன்படுத்துவதும் முற்றிலுமாகத் தடை செய்யப்பட்டூள்ளது. மீறுவோர் மீது கல்லூரியளவில் ஒழுங்கு நடவடிக்கையும் சட்டபடியான நடவடிக்கையும் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்.
- கல்லூரி வளாகம் மற்றும் எவளியிடங்களில் எபபண்களைக் கேலி செய்யும் மாணவர்கள் கடுமையான தண்டனைக்கு உள்ளாவார்கள். அத்தகைய மாணவர்கள் மீது கல்லூரி அளவிலான ஒழுங்கு நடவடிக்கையுடன் சட்டபடியான 'நடவடிக்கையும் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்.
- கல்லூரியின் உள்ளேயும் ஒவளியேயும் கல்லூரியின் பெயருக்குக் களங்கம் ஏற்படும் எசசயல்களில் நேரிடையாகவோ மறைமுகமாகவோ ஈடூபடும் மாணவ மாணவியர் மீதும் நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்.
- தமிழ்நாடு அரசால் இயற்றப்பட்டூள்ள கல்லூரி ஒழுங்குமுறை விதிகளின்பால் மாணவ மாணவியரது கவனம் ஈர்க்கப்படூகிறது.
- கல்லூரி மாணவ மாணவியர் அரசியல் கட்சி ஈடுபாடூ மற்றும் ஜாதி அரசியலில் ஈடுபடுவதிலிருந்து தங்களை விலக்கிக் கொள்ளுதல் வேண்டும்.
- கல்லூரி மற்றும் கல்லூரி விடூதி, கல்லூரி வளாகம், வளியிடங்கள் ஆகிய இடங்களில் கைக்கொள்ள வேண்டிய ஒழுங்குமுறை மற்றும் விதிமுறைகள் முதலியவற்றை கல்லூரி நீர்வாகம் அறிவித்து அவற்றை அமல்படுத்துவதில் மாணவ மாணவியர் எத்தகைய தடையினையும் ஏற்படூத்தலாகாது. ௮௧௯
- கல்லூரி நிர்வாகம் சீராக நடைபபறுவதற்கு இடையூறாக விளங்கும் மாணவ மாணயிருக்குக் கல்லூரி முதல்வர், கல்லூரி நீர்வாகிகள் மற்றும் கல்லூரி விடுதி நிர்வாகிகள் ஆகியோருக்குக் கீழ்வரும் தண்டனைகளை வழங்கும் அதிகாரம் உண்டு என்பதை மாணவ மாணவியர் அறிந்து கொள்ளுதல் வேண்டும்.

COLLEGE ETIQUETTE
- Using Mobile phones inside the College is strictly prohibited. If any student is found using mobile phone, it will be confiscated.
- Students must compulsorily wear their ID cards while entering the College, in class rooms and on the College Campus.
- Students shall handle all college properties with care and endeavour to preserve the cleanliness and tidiness of the college campus including building and furniture.
- Irregular attendance, insubordination to teachers, habitual indifference to class work, obscenity in word or action and such other conduct considered to be unbecoming of a student shall be dealt with severely.
- Students shall not loiter the college campus or stand in groups in the approaches to the college. They should ensure a calm atmosphere of study and orderliness.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the college campus.
- Eve-teasing inside and outside the college campus is a punishable crime. Those indulging in eve-teasing will be dealt with very severely.
- In regard to all matters of conduct in and out of the college specially mentioned herein, students are expected to conduct themselves in such a way as to project, preserve and promote the fair image of the college.
- The attention of students is drawn to the following Disciplinary Regulations for College issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu for strict compliance:
- Students of colleges should abstain from active participation in party or communal politics.
- The Principal or duly constituted college authority or hostel authorities may frame and issue from time to time disciplinary rules of a permanent or temporary nature regulating the conduct of the students outside the college or hostel precincts, so for as such rules seem necessary to maintain the reputation of the college or hostel.
- The Principal or duly constituted college authority or hostel authorities shall have full power to inflict the following punishment in the interest of the institution concerned:
- fine
- denial of attendance
- denial of term certificate
- suspension or expulsion
Attendance and Leave of Absence
- Every student shall attend the college regularly and punctually on all working days
- Attendance will be marked at the beginning of each period.
- A student who is not in class when attendance is marked shall lose attendance for the session.
- A student shall attend at least 75 percent of the lecture and practical classes in any subject, as well as the Physical Training Classes/ NCC parades/ NSS work etc. in each semester.
- No student shall absent himself/ herself from the college without leave application. In case of sickness for more than three days, it must be accompanied by a Medical Certificate.
- Application for leave in the prescribed form countersigned by the parent or guardian must be submitted to the Principal through the Group Tutor in advance of the date on which leave is desired. On absence due to unforeseen causes, an application for leave must be submitted as soon as possible, in no case later than the first day of return to college.
- Applications of leave for students residing in the hostel must be countersigned by the Deputy Warden.
- A student absenting himself/ herself from college for more than fifteen consecutive working days without satisfactory explanation is liable to have his/ her name struck off the roll.
